Originally used for surfing, Stand Up Paddle boards (known as SUP) have become a great way to do yoga, explore your local lake or ocean and obviously work out. Really accessible, SUPs are grouped into various disciplines: surfing, touring, yoga, fishing, racing, downwinding, allround and now winging!
The boards come in 2 types of categories : « hard boards » (foam and fibers) or inflatables ( just like a dinghy).
