Looking to return or exchange a product you bought at Windspirit? NO PROBLEM!
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make sure what you ordered is right for you. You have the option to return your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange it for the right size. The product must be brand new and with the original tags or packaging. You are responsible for return shipping and any damage that might occur on the way back so make sure you pack it with care. We will return/refund the full amount you paid less the shipping cost.
If you need to initiate a warranty claim, email a digital photo of the damaged gear, description of the damage, how the damage occurred, the product’s serial number, and your original invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Lucky you! You are exempt of Canadian taxes, but certain duties and taxes associated with shipping to your country may increase the cost of your order. You are responsible for paying all import tariffs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees and any other costs related to delivering product to you; these costs are in addition to the cost of your order. You are responsible for return freight charges should you refuse delivery of any product, or if any product is unable to be delivered to you.
