I received my board today and everything was perfect! This ended up being an excellent experience. Thanks again.
One small piece of feedback: if there are boards or sails that would have different shapes compared to others in their model range (ie the Severne Gators, where the small sails look different than the large ones) it would be a good idea to have pictures of all different shapes or styles of the model. Even the board at 114L is a different shape than the other three in the Cross model range – the 114 is disproportionately wider, and even shorter than the 104, despite being 10 litres larger. Other than that, everything went very smoothly. Looking forward to getting my bag in the winter!
